Room was spacious and clean as was the whole facility. Staff were very kind and helpful, quick to help me with requests. I traveled with my service dog and was assigned a ground floor room - I don't know if this was intentional, but it helped tremendously that I didn't have to take an elevator downstairs and hunt for a spot for her to do her "business". Everything was easy, including ordering food on demand.

We chose for location and the shuttle service had the best hours: we arrived after 11:00 pm and departed at 6:00 am on the way back. Great pickup location right between the Terminal and the BART station. We didnt have a chance to try the restaurant because of the timing but there was a good quality coffee in the room, bathroom was clean and good quality soaps and towels; even a bathrobe. Im back with Hilton for the value and service; good job guys.

This is our fifth stay at Hilton Oakland Airport. Its close to the airport and has a reliable shuttle service. There is a nice bar/restaurant that serves good food in a comfortable environment. The rooms are clean and in our experience, quiet. The hotel and food service staff are extremely kind and helpful.
